Bryn Cushman has been in community management since 1989 after serving for several years as a Board of Director in a town home community. Her career began as a portfolio manager. She currently is an on-site manager for a large gated golf course community in suburban Philadelphia.

Bryn has served on Mid-Atlantic's “Senior Staff” since 1997, a committee that assesses practical improvements for other managers that result in upgrading service to our clients.

Additionally, Bryn has been involved with the Pennsylvania Chapter of CAI for many years. Bryn is currently serving as Vice President of the Chapter Executive Board. In the past, she has volunteered on the Membership Committee and Finance Committee. Presently, she is co-chair for the Golf Committee and a member of the Homebuilders Liaison Committee and the Legislative Action Committee.
