Carol has been an on-site Manager with Mid-Atlantic Management for over four years. As part of MAMC's Senior Staff she has participated in the development of programs for Mid-Atlantic's managers and community assistants. And with nearly eight years in the community management field, Carol recently earned her PCAM in June of 2004 along with several other Associa Managers.

At the local CAI level, Carol sits on both the Manager's Education Committee and the Public Affairs Committee. At the CAI state level Carol is also a member of the Pennsylvania Legislative Action Committee who as a group recently succeeded in proposing and passing groundbreaking legislation benefiting community associations in the state of Pennsylvania . Carol is married with one son, a twenty two year old college student.
