Ms. Williams began her association management career in 1997 while working with the developer of the exclusive properties she still manages today. While working with the developer she was exposed to the various aspects of property management, from working with the architect for the ACC submissions to the billing of assessments and paying of the bills for the associations.

Ms. Williams joined ProComm in June 2000 and has taken the courses to achieve the designations of CMCA (2001), AMS (2001) and PCAM (2002). Ms. Williams holds a paralegal certificate from University of Texas at San Antonio.
