Cheryl joined Certified Management Inc in July of 2000 after relocating from Maui. She was a Maui resident for over 11 years working as a vacation rental agent and long-term rental manager. Cheryl achieved the PCAM® designation, the highest level of recognition for managers awarded by the Community Associations Institute (CAI). She also has a Real Estate License and holds the designations of Certified Manager of Community Association (CMCA®) through the National Board of Certification of Community Association Managers (NBC/CAM) and Association Management Specialist (AMS™), through the National Community Association Institute. She is a self-starter, intuitive, with good problem solving skills.

Currently, Cheryl is managing 8 properties all over the island of Oahu. These properties consist of townhome complexes, single-family homes and high-rise buildings.

Over her seven years with Certified Management she has worked on many capital improvements for her properties, for example, building repairs, building painting, wood fence replacement, pool re-tiling, pool deck resurfacing, parking lot replacements, elevator modernizations, building re-roofing, landscaping upgrades, etc. She has also worked with her boards in obtaining loans or special assessing for capital improvements.

She is married to John and has two grown children, Dan and Jen. In her free time she enjoys reading, craft projects and painting.
