Chris has been with Vanguard for twenty-one years and has developed many of our customized management procedures. She has earned the CMCA designation and the PCAM designation, which is the highest level of achievement awarded by the Community Association Institute.

Vanguard Commuity Management was named as Associa's Office of the Year for 2004. Chris has been a member of Associa's elite Baron's Club for two years in a row. Chris supervises all the day-to-day functions of the company and its employees.

Chris is also a member of the "Ask The Experts" team and is a regular contributor to trade magazines, newspaper articles and trade association seminars.
