Christine was with Vanguard Community Management (2004 Office of the Year) for twenty-seven years and developed many of its customized management procedures used today, and was instrumental in establishing a Customer Service Department and company intranet. She has earned the CMCA designation and the PCAM designation, which is the highest level of achievement awarded by the Community Association Institute. Christine was a member of Associa's elite Baron's Club for two years in a row. In 2008, Christine was selected to be one of Associa's four Regional Vice Presidents, overseeing a portfolio of branch companies across the nation.

Chris is also a member of the "Ask The Experts" team and is a regular contributor to trade magazines, newspaper articles and trade association seminars.
