Cindy Simpson is an on site manager for two 55+ communities in Warwick, Pennsylvania for Mid-Atlantic Management Corporation.

Cindy joined Mid-Atlantic in 1995 and has also spent several years as a portfolio manager in Bucks and Montgomery Counties . Prior to her involvement in Community Management, Cindy was a construction Manager for Cigna Corp in Los Angles, California where she was involved with the construction of health care centers, medical office buildings and hospitals. Cindy is active in CAI and serves on the Homeowner Education Committee of the Pennsylvania and Delaware Valley Chapter of CAI. Cindy earned her PCAM in just this year.
