Corey Recla is the acting CEO of EMB Management, one of the largest community association management companies in Washington State.

Corey went to work at EMB after over 10 years in the industry with another firm. Corey started as a property manager and over the years has specialized in working with construction defect litigation, long term major maintenance and special assessments for under funded associations.

Corey has been an active member of CAI as both a speaker and currently is a member of the Washington State chapter as a board member.
