Craig Koss is a Regional Vice President of Associa and past President of Kramer-Triad Management Group. After graduating from the University of Michigan, he has been in property management for the past 25 years, with the last 15 years at Kramer-Triad Management Group/Associa. He has successfully completed all of the requirements for both the AMS and PCAM designations from CAI. He has also been awarded the prestigious Ambassador's Circle Award for excellence in Community Management. Craig has served on the CAI Association of Professional Community Managers Board and is a past member of the CAI Board of Trustees. He currently is an active member of the CAI Ethics Committee.
