Craig Koss | ||
Craig Koss has over twenty-five years experience in the profession of property management with the last thirteen years as a member of the Kramer-Triad Management Group. He is an active member of the Community Associations Institute having obtained the Association Management Specialist (AMS) and Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM), the highest designations in the industry. Mr. Koss has also served on the CAI National Education Advisory Committee and on the National Managers Networking Committee. He was appointed to the first-ever Association of Professional Community Managers Board in 2005 and has been re-elected to the APCM Board in 2006-2007 and 2008-2009. In addition, he served on the task force to rewrite the ethics enforcement procedures and now serves as a member of the Ethics Committee. In addition to his role on the national level, Mr. Koss is an accomplished speaker at the local level. He has been the keynote speaker at the Michigan Chapter of the Community Associations Institute and frequent speaker at chapter conferences. He has taught at Henry Ford Community College and written numerous articles for industry publications. He was installed as an inaugural member of the Associa Ambassador's Circle. Mr. Koss is a proud 1984 graduate of the University of Michigan.
