David Gauvin joined the staff at Lewis Management Resources as an association senior manager in March 2000. His initial duties included direct management of a portfolio of accounts, as well as assisting and mentoring a staff of junior managers. In 2002 David assumed duties as Vice President of Operations. His responsibilities in that capacity included the oversight of a staff of 30+ and the day-to-day operation of the firm.

David's current position on staff is that of Vice President of Field Services. Duties include Transition Committee, Board of Director, and portfolio manager training, RFP preparation and contracts, including capital projects and reserve studies, facilitating at major annual and special meetings, as well creating and managing the first-ever LMR maintenance department.

Mr. Gauvin is a native of the State of Massachusetts , where he owned and operated a successful property management firm. His tenure in the profession exceeds 17 years. Mr. Gauvin has completed extensive course work through CAI and continues to take full advantage of those educational opportunities.

In addition to the PCAM® designation, Mr. Gauvin is a licensed CAM in the state of Florida and a certified CAM in Nevada . Other professional credentials include licenses as a construction supervisor, real estate agent, notary public, and certified pool and spa operator.

Mr. Gauvin and his wife Ann have been married for 23 years and are blessed with two great children, Andrew and Amy. The Gauvin family resides in Oro Valley , AZ.
