Ms. Deatherage holds Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA), Association Management Specialist (AMS) and the Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) designations. Ms. Deatherage also holds her Texas Real Estate Sales License.

Ms. Deatherage's association management experience includes single family, commercial, condominiums and town homes properties during her nine years with Principal Management Group of Houston . A very hands on manager, Ms. Deatherage is closely involved in the issues that effect those homeowners and Board members served by her team. She is a proactive leader who regularly checks in with the customers under her charge to ensure their satisfaction with the service provided by the firm.

Ms. Deatherage's professional experience also includes five years in commercial management and leasing of office building (80,000 S.F. – 160,000 S.F.), mid-rise condominiums and marinas.

Ms. Deatherage is working towards obtaining her LSM® designation (Large-Scale Manager) awarded by the Community Association Institute (CAI).
