Heather Graham has over 15 years experience in the property management industry and has been with CMC since 1995 when she was hired as an Assistant Manager for a large HOA, CountrySide Proprietary. Heather has also worked as a site manager for a developing community of approximately 750 homes before working in the corporate office as a Portfolio Manager. She is currently a Division Director for the HOA department and maintains a small portfolio as well as works closely with other managers to help enhance their knowledge of this industry.

Heather currently serves as the President of the Board of Directors for the Washington Metro Chapter of CAI. She received the Rising Star award in 1998, the Committee Chairperson of the Year award in 2002 and the Volunteer of the Year award in 2003.
