Judy brought to Morris Property Management, Inc. a vast amount of experience in the areas of finance, commercial property management, and construction management. Since Judy joined the company in 1990 where she has worked in virtually every position within the organization; from bookkeeping, to Property Manager, to Maintenance Director, to Corporate Controller, to Executive Vice President, to her current position of President and CEO in charge of day to day operations.

Judy is an active and well respected member of many organizations in the industry: the Community Association Institute (CAI) where she is the past Chairperson for the Membership Committee and she holds the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) and Association Management Specialist (AMS) designations, and Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM); the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) where she is President Elect of the Board of Directors for the Nashville Chapter 71 and she holds a Certified Property Manager (CPM); and the Greater Nashville Apartment Association (GNAA) where she is Immediate Past President of the Board of Directors. Judy is also a licensed Realtor and is a member of the local, state and national Association of Realtors and serves as Principal Broker for the company.
