Kathy moved to Hawaii from Charleston, Illinois in 1999 where she was the head of human resources for a day training program for adults with disabilities. She started working in this industry immediately after arriving in Hawaii and joined with Certified Management, in 2003.

Kathy manages a portfolio of 8 properties and serves as a team leader in the Kona Hawaii office. She loves the challenge of association management and the opportunities it provides her.
