Katie Williams began her career in Community Management almost five years ago when she was the Assistant Manager at a large, active adult community called Heritage Hunt., in Gainesville, Virginia. After two years as an Assistant, Katie was promoted to General Manager of another active adult community and then a year and a half later she was promoted again to a Portfolio Manager, where she currently oversees a mixture of HOAs, Condo Associations and LLCs.

Katie has been a member of CAI since 2004 and is currently pursuing her PCAM® designation.
