Lana Reynolds brings nearly 25 years of experience in all phases of operations management to her position as Community Management Corporation's (CMC) Chief Operating Officer. To complement the broad range of skills required to manage a day-to-day operation, she specializes in employment management issues and organizational analysis for both CMC and its clients.

Ms. Reynolds is active in the Community Associations Institutue (CAI) and has been a national and local CAI speaker on a variety of industry topics. Additionally, she initiated and managed the development of the Facilities Maintenance Program (FMP), which was the first of its kind for the Washington Metropolitan Chapter of CAI. Beyond that, she brings the experience and perspective of having been an elected representative and volunteer in her own community.

In addition to these roles, Ms. Reynolds also serves as the President of Automated Community Services, Inc. (ACS), a firm which provides specialized software for the association management industry.
