Lance is a Vice President of Kramer Triad Management Group’s Ann Arbor Office. He has been with the Kramer Triad Management Group since 2001. He has over 18 years of property management experience and, since 1995, has specialized in Residential Real Estate and Community Association Management.

Lance received a Bachelor's Degree from Johnson & Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island, and additional areas of study include completion of the Professional Management Development Program at CAI, which qualified him to successfully pursue his PCAM designation in February 2005. He also holds a Michigan Real Estate Salespersons License and is a certified Graduate Realtor at the Institute of Real Estate Management.

Over the past years, Lance has conducted several presentations for CAI's Michigan Chapter Conferences and Trade Shows. He believes that work should be a conduit to learn from the experiences of those that have been there before and also a place where we pass our own experiences on for the betterment of others.
