Lucinda Hoe's creative efficiency, dedication and hard work combined with her dedication to clients and staff has earned her the position of Vice President of Field Services Offices, Commercial Landscape Construction and Janitorial at San Diego, CA 's N. N. Jaeschke, Inc. Her job duties also include, overseeing the corporate information systems staff.

Ms. Hoe attended San Diego State University, majoring in Athletic training, before coming to N. N. Jaeschke over 10 years ago. During Ms. Hoe's tenure with the company, she created and implemented an automated field reporting system which streamlined NNJ's work order system for Building Services. Her new system enables NNJ's technicians to text message work order updates and payroll information directly into the company computer database. Ms. Hoe also created and implemented an automated estimating program for NNJ's Landscape Division by producing an Excel spreadsheet containing both simple and complex formulas to help standardize the bidding process. Ms. Hoe's innovations and dedication to excellence were recognized by the company's upper management when they chose her to represent N. N. Jaeschke, Inc. at “San Diego State University Honors Women in Business,” in 1998.
