Nicholas J. Mazzarella has over 18 years in the Community Management business. Nick was the general manager for two large-scale properties, Arrowhead Lakes and Saw Creek Estates, both in Pocono, PA. For the past three years he has been with Community Management Corporation as the general manager of Heritage Hunt Homeowners Association, in Gainesville, VA.

Nick received his MBA in Finance in 1991. He has been a member of CAI for 17 years and has membership in various local CAI committees and of the large-scale managers group. He has successfully completed the requirements for the CMCA and PCAM designations. He is a member of the Community Managers International Association serving professional on-site community association managers. He completed the Community Association Institute leadership training program. He is a graduate of the Prince William County Community Leadership Institute.
