Paula Santangelo’s geographic region covers much of Montgomery County and parts of Bucks County. Her region includes several larger community association properties with on-site Mid-Atlantic Management teams as well as a Regional Office in Blue Bell and an Area Office in Doylestown.

She oversees a staff of over twenty Community Manager and Community Administrators. Paula started in this profession in 1989, joining Mid-Atlantic in 1998. Paula earned her PCAM® designation in 1997.

She received the CAI Rising Star Award and is past chair of the Manager Education Committee. She was elected to CAI’s APCM Board – the national group that represents managers within the Institute.
