Philip Adams is Vice President and Director of Management Operations for the Community Group, Richmond, Virginia office.  He has served as a portfolio manager since 1989 and currently manages 3 properties and supervises 12 managers. 

Philip has acquired his CMCA and PCAM designations and enjoys training, educational opportunities, and solving financial problems.  He truly believes that work should be rewarding and continually seeks ways to recognize and reinforce the efforts of his fellow employees. 

He has served in various training roles within Community Group for new Board members and Board officers and has participated in local CAI teaching opportunities in seminar leadership.
