Rhonda Major, PCAM, Chief Operating Officer for Houston Community Management Services, has worked in the association management industry since 1981 and has an exceptional range of experience in the property management field. She specializes in personnel management and training, organizational analysis and systems development.

Rhonda is responsible for internal HCMS operations and was among the first in Texas to earn the PCAM (Professional Community Association Manager) designation. She has served the local CAI Chapter as the editor of Facets Magazine and currently serves the Clear Lake Community as facilitator for the ACLC (Association of Clear Lake Communities).
