Robert Rosenberg is a President of Massingham & Associates Management one of the largest community management firms in Northern California. Joining Massingham & Associates right out of college, he has held numerous positions in the company from controller to COO to shareholder. During his tenure with company, the company has grown to five offices managing 300 communities in Northern California.

Mr. Rosenberg is a graduate of San Jose State University in Business Administration with a concentration in accounting. In addition, Mr. Rosenberg received his law degree from Santa Clara School of Law in May of 1999. He started his real estate career in mortgage banking. He has also worked for a Certified Public Accountant specializing in real estate accounting and a law firm specializing in real estate law. Mr. Rosenberg is a certified community association manager, and a licensed real estate broker. 

Mr. Rosenberg is affiliated with numerous trade organizations in the field of real estate including currently sitting on the board of directors of the Executive Council of Homeowners and previously sitting on the board of directors of the California Association of Community Managers.
