Sandy has over twenty-five years experience in community association management. Prior to joining CMC in 1988, she served over nine years with the Burke Centre Conservancy, a 6,000 unit planned community, where she was responsible for community services and facility maintenance.

Sandy is currently a Vice President and a member of CMC’s Executive Committee and the Director of CMC's Homeowner Association Division. In that capacity, she oversees the activities of several portfolio managers with responsibility for over 60 homeowner and condominium associations.

Sandy earned her PCAM® designation from Community Associations Institute in May of 1997. The primary focus of Sandy’s work with CAI has been as a member, and most recently vice-chair, of the Virginia Legislative Subcommittee of the Washington Metropolitan Chapter of CAI. She has served on that committee for over eight years.
