Steve Castle has been involved in the profession of community association management since 1975. In addition to his responsibilities running a successful company, Steve is a consultant for developers and other entities in the design, creation, budgeting, and operation of community associations.

Steve has served as the Chair of the National Board of Certification for Community Association Managers since 1995. This group has certified almost 4,500 managers in 40 states. He has served in virtually every national leadership position for the Community Associations Institute (CAI) and was only the 11th individual in the Institute’s first 25 years to receive its Distinguished Service Award. He earned a BA from Rider University and MEd from Temple University.
