Susan was born in Honolulu and raised in Mililani. She graduated with honors from Mililani High School and The University of Hawaii, with a Bachelors Degree in Communications. Susan transferred from another management company to join Certified Management, Inc. in September 2000.

She has over 10 years experience in property management. She managed 9 properties with her previous management company and upon her transfer, 5 of her properties elected to move to Certified Management in order to retain her as their Account Executive.

She has earned her certifications as a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA®), Association Management Specialist (AMS®) and Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM®) from the National Board of Certification for Community Association Managers. She still lives in Mililani with her husband and seven year old son. She enjoys hiking, mountain biking, and spending time with her four dogs.
