Susan Sills, PCAM® is one of the Management Advantage team members. She has been with Management Advantage since its inception. She has worked with homeowner associations for 23 years. She earned the Professional Community Association Manager designation in 1995. She is currently the Vice President of Training and Resources and also manages a portfolio. She has held the position of Vice President and Secretary on the CAI – Southern Colorado Chapter Board of Director and Chairs the Managers' Roundtable.

Susan has nine associations; 3 of which she has managed for 14 years and the balance she has managed between 5 and 10 years. The associations range in size between 38 and 204 units. She is dedicated to provide all of her Associations, members and Board members the best service possible.

Susan Sills has knowledge of the Yardi and TOPS programs for homeowners associations. Also is proficient with Outlook, Word and Excel; using these in her day-to-day dealings with homeowners association.

Susan is a native to Colorado Springs and has no plans of ever leaving.
