Before entering the Community Association Management field, Tom worked as a Project Manager for a private contractor doing Government contract work for over 5000 quarters at Schofield Barracks, Fort Shafter and Wheeler Air Force Base. During his four years as a Project Manager, Tom hired and supervised 25 employees, who did preventative maintenance on the quarters, including plumbing, carpentry and electrical work.

Tom began has been working in the Community Association Management field since October 1992. He has successfully managed large scale Associations and has dealt with all aspects of Management including fiscal, physical, administrative and risk management.

Tom’s current portfolio ranges from 24 units to 500 plus units. Tom’s prior experience in supervising teams, budgeting and organizational skills are his assets in managing Associations.

In 1998, Tom earned the “Professional Community Association Manager” PCAM® designation offered though Community Associations Institute. Tom is a Principal Account Executive at Certified Management Inc.
