Vicki Ward PCAM®, CMCA®, AMS® President Principal Management Group of Houston Houston, TX

VICKI WARD, PCAM®, AMS - serves as President and Chief Executive Officer for Principal Management Group of Houston's Regional Office which also oversees the operations of a satellite office located in The Woodlands. As such, she is responsible for the daily operation of the company. Under Ms. Ward's leadership, Principal continues to expand and set the standard for the association management business.

Ms. Ward brings with her over twenty years experience in association management and during her career has successfully demonstrated her experience in a variety of areas including policy development and implementation, capital improvement budgeting, planning and implementation, project management, facility development and operation and organizational development.

While working with a local homebuilder, Ms. Ward acquired knowledge of new home construction, purchasing and land acquisitions through the FHA/VA subdivision processing as well as serving on the Board of Directors of Pine Trails Utility District.

Ms. Ward has taken various real estate courses at the college level and holds both the PCAM (Professional Community Association Manager) and AMS (Association Management Specialist) designation from the Community Association Institute.
